Here are Annie, Loren, and Valerie. I coached them through On-Ramp back in March, and here they are more than 8 months later going to a 9AM class together. I told them to consistently show up those first three months after On-Ramp and they would be hooked. Looks like it worked! Way to stick with it ladies!

Jennifer — I looked for my shoes today. Didn’t find them hanging out with the lifting shoes. I don’t know what you did to them. Maybe they now think they are expert running shoes and went out for a run on their own. If they fancy themselves as runners now, I don’t want them anymore.

Damn! Maybe they went rogue, Calvin.
Tomorrow morning I will make a concerted effort the find them and disabuse of the notion that 4.5 8:30 miles now make them runners.
I’ll get ’em back to box jumps and burpees ASAP!

  9. The Dodgers also picked Park’s brain on Ryu. Park told the Dodgers Ryu was youthful, but had a veteran’s feel for pitching.
The intro had its lighter side. Johnson, for example, issued a simple solution to any language barrier the Korean might encounter.
