Here is a quick clip of some of us doing Isabel on the 10th floor of a downtown garage last Saturday.  From the first drop of a barbell during warmup until we had all dropped our 30 snatches a piece, it sounded like bombs going off in all of downtown.

After finishing Isabel we rode the elevator down with sleds and did a partner sled pull back up to the roof and finished up with alternating sets of 10 burpee sprints for a total of 50 burpees each.  Although it is unclear if any illegal acts were performed, we were informed by a local barista that he called the police because it sounded like explosions were going off.
