IMG_0456Handstand push ups?  Who can do that?  Well, really, who can't?  Everything we do in CF can be modified or scaled to any ability level.

Liz shows is shown here doing a rather creative version of the handstand push up.  She is using a band for assistance, and using small plyo boxes to increase the range of motion.  Using assistance while increasing range of motion is key for developing more advanced CF gymnastic movements.

If we had someone who was totally afraid of being upside down, we have creative ways to work on that as well.  Don't be afraid to explore.  And if you're unsure how to approach a movement, ask a coach and we will get you going.
