I have been trying to convince you guys to squat slower and lower on this movement for years.  As soon as AO decided to put in a strict tempo protocol the quality of what I saw improved dramatically.  Almost everyone yesterday overhead squatted beautifully.  Here are Trey Teller and Kristy Day showing us how it is done from the 6am class yesterday.
