WOD B 2008 Games
Trey and James hitting tandem muscle ups during the WOD yesterday. Its great to see so many MU's going on during these WODs. Every class yesterday had at least one athlete doing legit muscle ups. Men and women, old and young busting out gymnastics all over the box. Great work to all of you who have acquired this skill. May the rest of you be inspired and follow in their footsteps. Just get up there and start getting your attempts in every day. Before you know it you will blast through the transition, press out the dip, and become the next member of the muscle up club.
