The trick to a good kettlebell swing is use your hips. As the bell comes down, your forearms should plant into your inner thighs sending your hips back. Then you want to open your hips agressively driving the legs back into the arms and creating the swing. Do not try to lift the bell with your arms and shoulders, instead leave the arms nice and relaxed letting the hips drive the movement.
For more on this movement, see previous post, Grip it and Hip it.
