Run 10m the first minute, 20m the second minute, 30m the third and so on until you can't complete the number of 10m runs
Rest 10 miuntes
3 Rounds:
20 Unbroken Wall Ball
10 Unbroken Pull Ups
Scale as needed so the reps are challenging. Broken sets do not count. You will have to start over if you break the set.
