With a 20 Minute Time Constraint Perform 3 Sets of Each:
3 Rep Max Overhead Squat
Max Set Ring Dip

Your score will be the total of the weight of your best successful 3 rep max OHS and all the reps from all 3 sets of dips.  So if your best 3 rep OHS is 135# and you get 10, 8, and 6 on your dips, your score will be 135+10+8+6=159.

It turned out to be a lot harder to sprint between heavy deads that we expected.  Blazing temperatures didn't help much either, but what a great WOD.  Hard enough to make you stronger.  Short enough to be very intense and ready for another asskicker today.

Here is a video from the CrossFit Games website of the OHS pull up WOD.  Will Dotterwich from across town got some good love for a big 3 rep OHS.  Unfortunately CFES didn't get any love on the video.  Maybe next time we should drop some shit, naw lets just keep kicking ass.  Our team took 13th in this event.
