This hardcore Bro put his dress shoes back on and got after a workout with deadlifts and box jumps. Not to mention some pretty good looking goblet squats. No excuses people! (except for high heels I guess)

    I was going to congratulate AO on programming, then I found out J-Ry actually programmed this. Hopefully AO can up his programming game a bit. Rumor has it another local box did the following:

    20 KB swings
    2 Rope Climbs

      That is true. The option on my b-day last year was like Karen, which I held the top time for a while because no one in their right mind would do 150 wallballs, or a longer metcon- my fat but could use the metcon.
