If you want to get some abs like Cori Mering (41 year old mother), stop wasting your time doing crunchies, ab lounge, pilates, yoga, and the stupid situp ball. If you want abs like these, start doing CrossFit. Any real crossfitter can tell you, abs like this come from full body training with functional movements. No amount of ab specific exercise could ever make your belly look like this. A little zone/paleo meal planning wouldn't hurt you either.
*Note – Pilates and Yoga are great if you're already doing CrossFit and have an extra three hours a day to get in shape.
