Tabata The Following Exercises
In Any Order You Like:

Deadlift 225/155
Box Jump 24/18
KB Swing 53/35
Pull Ups
Burpees
Double Unders

*Rest 1 minute between exercises.  Total the worst sets of each exercise for your score.

What time does your class start?   Please be on time.

Showing up to class late is starting to become a problem in our box.  It is disruptive to your fellow athletes and your coach when you show up to class late.  We understand that unique circumstances arise from time to time, but being a few minutes late is taken a little too lightly around the box these days.  The problem seems easy for us to help you guys fix, so here are the new house rules on tardiness-

Late Policy:
-You have until 5 minutes after the beginning of a class to check in and begin your warmup.
-For every minute after that you are late, you owe 5 burpees. 
-If class starts at 9:00, then you have until 9:05 to check in and begin your warmup. 
-If you show up at 9:15, then you are 10 minutes late and owe 50 burpees.
-You must perform all your burpees before you join the rest of the class.
-You must count your burpees out loud.
