Pictured is the star of our Saturday morning Open crew, Katie Daley. Having torn cartilage in her knee, she has not been able to run or jump for more than a year. Also, double unders were not in her repertoire prior to the injury. Both of these circumstances worked against her in this first open wod. Being the determined person she is, Katie decided to give it a go anyway…….attempting double unders on one leg. She completed 35 of them!

Way to go Katie! You inspired all of us yesterday. To those who are still hesitant to try the open, you have until 5pm tonight to do so. Hope there aren’t any more excuses now!
