Jeanne Banks and Lesley Heller show us how to get up.  Adding a jump height requirement to the standard burpee makes a terrible exercise worse.  The WOD yesterday left us all laying all over the floor for a good long time.  Possibly the longest 20 minutes of our lives.

Thanks to all who began participation in the leaderboard.  Its great to be able to see where we stand compared to the rest of the group.
