Rest Day
Gabe and Bro Mike were the only two who took me up on the offer to come join PRx for the day yesterday. Great job to everyone in this group. The WOD was from CrossFit.com and was a hero WOD called Walsh.

200m Run with 45/25# plate held overhead
It took us all right around 30 minutes to finish this one. Big props to Eric Harris. Although he did use 135 for the squats, he smashed us all on his time and did the WOD at full speed the entire time. Many of you may not know this, but Eric is actually 41 years old. We have a new bad ass to throw in the mix with our already studly group of competitive masters.
