CrossFit is made for everybody. The young, as well as, the…………..more experienced alike. Here is little miss Sarah Cheever and Larry Rouen in our Tuesday Flexnastics class doing a handstand hold together. I bet when Larry first started here he didn’t think he would be doing handstands into forward rolls. Last time he was in class he did just that! Great job Larry! If you don’t think you’re ever going to be able to walk on your hands or get that illusive muscle up, try out this class. I know there are quite a few people who have done just that!
