The 7AM FlexNasty class is no more, but we were able to add Wednesday evenings. So for those of you who couldn't get your gymnastics on due to a day job, you can now come Wednesday evenings to work that flexibility and gynastic skill base.
This class has been a huge success in terms of its popularity and its results. I have never seen a gym with so many people walking around on thier hands. Come check it out tonight!
