There was a great energy in the gym for Fight Gone Bad on Saturday. We partnered up the participants and ran 2 heats in each class. One heat you were the coach/score keeper and the next you were the WOD victim. It was awesome to hear so many people cheering for each other and pushing each other to get a couple more reps. Lots of sweat angels and dry heaving, but as far as we saw Pukie didn't visit.
I have been wanting to try the following WOD ever since we got the BFT, so here it is.
