Holiday season is upon us.  I have noticed a slight drop in attendance and motivation around the box, especially amongst those of you who need to make the biggest changes.  Just because the weather is cold, and there is comfort food everywhere is no excuse for any of you to be slacking off, especially if you are someone with a long way to go.  Throw some cold water on your face, slap yourself around, and get your head in the frickin' game.  Do not use the holiday season as an excuse to continue your unhealthy habits.  And DO NOT try to convince yourself that you will start eating healthy after New Years as a resolution. I have been in this industry a long time and I can tell you that approach works approximately 0% of the time.  Getting fatter, being lazy, and telling yourself you will fix it later is total bullshit.

You may have noticed the new sidebar widget that popped up yesterday.  The widget will feature a new Primal/Paleo recipe each day for you all to try.  If you have been working out consistently and are still frustrated with your results, you know what the problem is.  You still eat like shit.  NO AMOUNT OF WORKING OUT CAN UNDO YOUR UNHEALTHY EATING HABITS!  If you ever want to see the results your after, you will sac up and start changing the way you eat.

The foodee project aims to start collecting healthy Primal/Paleo recipes from the CrossFit community and sharing them on their blog.  What better way to start learning how to eat tasty and healthy at the same time.  If you all have any tasty/healthy recipes that you would like to share, send them in to info@thefoodee.com.  Just remember, no grains, dairy or legumes.
