We will be collecting donations for the families of the police officers who were killed on Saturday March 21st. We are recommending a $10 donation from each person who participates in the WOD.

*Advanced will do 20 reps and intermediate will do 10 reps; each
team member will complete all reps of each exercise before advancing to
the next round. Team Members should share responsibility of carrying
the 80# on the run. You may use any combination of various weights in the gym totaling 80#.
Room and equipment for 18 people at a time to be comfortably doing pull ups and snatches at the same time is one of the benefits of a true CrossFit. If your local Globo even has a pull up bar, you can be sure somebody will either be in your way when you get back to your pull ups, or they will be asking you in the middle of a painfully grueling set when you will be done with so they can get their chest flies in.
