New Schedule Starts Monday October 18th

6 Rounds:
5 DB Deadlift
5 DB Squat Cleans
5 DB Push Press
5 Chest Slapping Push Ups

We are making some changes to help accomodate our new members.  We hope this help you all get to the classes better.  We are doing the best we can to accomodate all of you so you can get to the classes you need and get the most from our program. 

This schedule will start next week on Monday October 18th
Please note the following changes:
No more 7:00 AM classes for now
9:00 AM will be Foundations only across the board
We have added Foundations Monday,Wednesday, and Friday at 4:30
5:30 PM Monday-Thursday will be Foundations only
We have added Foundations Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 PM

We will allow those who have passed Level I testing to come and do the Level I workout program during foundations only times.  The coach will be available to help anwser questions and help get you squared away, but Level I atheltes will not be instructed on technique or lead through the Level I WOD during Foundaitons classes.  We have decided to do this to help you guys get in your WODs, but as you all know doing the WOD on your own without being actively coached is not the best case scenario.
