Rebulid McKinley Run and Outside the Box WOD with West Sac
CF West Sac will be holding an Outside the box WOD this Saturday, September 8th from 8AM to
11AM. First up on the agenda will be to go for a quick 5K run as a
registered participant in the Rebuild McKinley fundraiser event. Once we are done with our warm-up run, we will be
holding our regular programming for the day at the park. After the
workout, anyone who wants to keep the party rolling is invited to refuel
at Iron Steaks with their amazing brunch.
