Good times yesterday. Hill farmers carries with 5 gallon buckets, toes to rings or muscle ups, wall balls, push ups, lunges, and a trail run to finish it up. A few people took a dip in the ice cold American River after the WOD. Thank you all for getting out of the box and having some fun with us.
