Rest Day, drink a half gallon of water before you wake up. Then wake up and go for a 30 minute jog or moderate intensity bike ride so you feel like a person again after last night’s party.
Been saving this one for a day like today when I had nothing else.
My main goal on this blog is to share our members accomplishments and stories with you all. It is very time consuming to be taking pictures and looking for stories all the time. Any help you all can be is greatly appreciated. When your friends are about to hit a PR, grab a camera and film it. Then get it to me. If someone finishes a benchmark or makes the wall of fame, take their picture and text or email it to me. If you know of an accomplishment or success story, call somebody out and get me the story. Help me make an effort to share in all of your successes on a daily basis. The more help I get from you all, the better online community we can build here. All help gathering stories and media is greatly appreciated. If I have nothing, then I tend to just post the funny/crazy video of the week.
