Sometimes even your CrossFit routine can get monotonous and need spicing up. Getting out of the gym with or without a few rudimentary pieces of equipment and interacting with the enviromnent can bring added enjoyment to your self torturous exercise program.

The gym is a great place to master your skills in a controlled environment, but outside can be fun, motivating, and highly effective all while getting some vitamin D. You all should get out more.
