Saturday's WOD was a blast.  There are a few ways to standardize burpees so everyone has the same movement.  Jumping lateral over the parallettes was a great way to make sure that everyone's burpees were legit.  It adds a great challenge when you actually have to jump.  It was great to have multiple challenges in one day as well.  We got some good hang out time in between challenges.  Good recovery  great all out intensity. 

In the following video from CrossFit.com, Coach B talks about the different phases of an Olympic lift, or the three pulls.  The video uses the snatch to demonstrate the speed of the third pull, or the pull under the bar.  The same ideas apply in the clean, the difference is that the bar is received on the shoulders instead of overhead.  Lets work on that speed under the bar and have an efficient WOD today.
