Here we have Aaron, Lance, Larry, and "Made in the 80's" Sarah showing up 15 minutes early to class to mobilize and get less sore. When one is really sore from a workout the worse thing you can do is not move around. Follow their example and mobilize whenever you can. Using a lacrosse ball, foam roller, and/or a combination of the stretches we use in our warmups will do the trick. Or click on the Mobility WOD banner on the right of the screen for even more ideas.

  2. Wow, what a fun work out for foundations today! You climb over a fence to get to some magical berries, then you have to run away from the guarding monsters and then you have to throw heavy rocks over your head to get rid off those chasing you. Repeat until there’s no more berries left :D. Fits into hunter/gatherer lifestyle, eh?

    Damn, I missed the magical berries! I must have been doing it wrong. But it was fun scrambling over the wall (and I have the leg bruises to prove it).

    Today begins my two week work assignment in New Jersey. Before I booked my hotel I looked up CF gyms in the locale. I was lucky enough to find Crossfit 908. Both the owner and another member knew of CFES and, in fact, the member, Jim, did a WOD at CFES in September. He had nothing but good things to say about Travis and CFES. Glad I am getting some workouts in while here, but will always miss CFES.
