Sunday, a few of us got over to WarriorZ for a gymnastics workshop with Coach Paul where we got humbled by the most basic of gymnastic movements.  With a true gymanstics coach, it becomes very quickly apparent how limited CF'ers abilities are when it comes to actual gymnastics.

After the workshop a few more teammates joined us for a version of the Squat, Pull Up, Press chipper and a picture in front of the angry gorilla, who ferociously kept reminding us to maintain our lumber curves.
