Go to the nearest Globo Gym, AH, Lean on Me, 24 Hour, Golds, or whatever. Make a huge scene by actually working out instead of staring in the mirror doing curls. Extra credit if they kick you out for dropping weights. POST YOUR WOD TIME TO COMMENTS SECTION.
Warmup-
Do 3 Rounds of:
15 Squat Therapy
25 Sit Ups (Use a GHD if there is one)
15 KB Swing (Probably have to use a dumbell)
15 Barbell Deadlift 45 lb Bar
WOD-
20 Dumbell Thrusters 20's/10's
10 Jumping Pull Ups
15 Dumbell Thrusters 20's/10's
20 Jumping Pull Ups
10 Dumbell Thrusters 20's/10'3s
30 Jumping Pull Ups
5 Dumbell Thrusters 20's/10's
40 Jumping Pull Ups
Jumping pull ups are Rx for today. The goal here is speed. Try to get this whole WOD done in under 10 minutes.
Got to love Globo. Take an escalator to the Gym instead of the stairs, ride an elliptical for 20 min, sit in the steam room and dehydrate 5 lbs. Go out to dinner later feeling accomplished and drink a bottle of wine with your giant pile of mashed patatos, and wake up the next day 8 lbs heavier. Sweet!
