Goal Setting And Positive Self-Talk

8 Rounds For Time:
Run 200m
10 Ring Push Ups, Feet Elevated

Rest exactly 30 seconds after finishing your last ring push up and perform max double unders for 90 seconds.  Subtract your max double under score from the time when you finished your last ring push up for your overall time.
