Rest Day
Annie from CF Santa Cruz Central put on a great event yesterday. The organization was great, the judging was great, and the community aspect of the event was amazing. We were the only team participating from out of town. Cori landed us the guest appearance in the local affiliate challenge because she trains there when her and Dave are in SC. We had a good showing, not sure exactly where we placed, but probably top 3. The best compliment of the day came from Annie. At the end of the day she told us that our standard of movement was excellent, something that we continually strive for in our gym. Good times with great folks.
