We had some awesome effort on yesterday's WOD. Steve Eggert and Chad Avakian both managed to average 1/5th of a horse power, or about 145 Watts on the bar, getting 87 reps at 115#, and 81 reps at 135# respectively. The actual work done was significantly higher as these calculations were on the barbell only and did not account for the movement of the body on each rep. Steve's work on each rep almost equal to Chad's due to his longer range of motion.
