P was hitting some awesome jerks yesterday and got a 10# PR at 265. Barely missed 275 and will get that in another heavy jerk day or two.
I want to make it a mission to start celebrating and posting PR’s more often. All of you should be journaling your lifts and knowing what you are shooting for on any given day. When you are making PR attempts, grab your cell phones and have someone film for you. Not only can we show off your lifts, but you will learn from what you see on those clips. I need your help as I have lots to do in a day and I don’t know all your lifts. Get me those videos and let’s start posting your PR’s on FB and this blog as often as possible. You all work hard and we all want to celebrate your successes. Also, if you get a PR of any kind, post it on the PR dry erase board. Travis and I get lonely up there sometimes ya know?
