Get the weight from the floor to overhead any way possible, as long as good form is maintained, 30 times in a row.
Tom Heacox has worked hard to get into this position. Six weeks ago his back was badly in spasm. He has had great attention to detail, and last Thursday he reached the below parallel standard for the squat. After a few successful sets working his way up, we got him to a solid set of 10 full front squats with the olympic bar. Great job Tom, if we can get those elbows up higher, you will be ready to take on even more. Tom is a great student and he will get there in no time. He is well on his way to long term health and strength.
