Rest Day
Chris and Travis really put on an amazing event yesterday! I have to hand it to them on all the effort they put into the Newbie Throwdown. They really pulled this off! I think it was my favorite event we have ever had. As with any CF competition, the competitors had outstanding performances and pushed themselves beyond previous PRs to new heights and newly found ability levels. Thanks to all of you who participated, coaches and newbie athletes. You all took this very seriously going above and beyond in terms of performances and effort levels. I also had a PR, but I would rather forget about it if you know what I mean.
