Rest Day
Thanks to Ian and Allison from CF Centurion and Rich Angelmoyer from the Sacramento Sheriffs Health and Wellness Program for putting on a great benefit event yesterday in support of Jess Elizabeth's battle with cancer. The theme of the day was "Fuck Cancer," the WOD was challenging and ran smoothly, the crowd was amazing and supportive as always, and they were able to raise some money for a friend in need.
