Hail To The Masters

15 Minute In Teams of 3:
15 Lateral Box Jumps 20"
Max Reps Wall Ball 20/14
1 Rope Climb  (wear pants or long socks, the rope will shred your leg)

1 team member starts at each station.  Team members rotate each time 15 lateral box jumps are complete.  The team member who finished box jumps moves to wall ball and the team member from wall ball moves to the rope climb.  The rope climber may rest until it is their turn to box jump.  The team score will be the total number of wall ball shots completed.

We are so proud of Ruth and John for their participation and outstanding performances in the first ever CrossFit Masters Competition. Competing in a CrossFit event is a nerve racking experience, not to mention one of the most grueling weekends one could endure. Great job to both of our competitors. You guys are an absolute inspiration to us all. Thank you for taking on this challenge and representing what CFES is all about.
