Deadlift
Clean
Front Squat
Jerk
Back Squat
Power Jerk (jerk from behind the head)
*You must perform this sequence 7 times in a row without resting or re-gripping the bar on the floor.
The exercises may be combined or done one step at a time as long as there is no rest on the floor, tap the floor only between rounds and increase the weight until you can not complete 7 rounds.
