The event was a huge success again. Things ran smothly thanks to all the awesome volunteers from the CF community. The workouts were top notch and the competitiors were outstanding. I am off to TJ's Gym Novato to watch Cori and Liz compete in the 40's competition. I will post final standings this evening.
