Although I do not hear it anymore from our seasoned veteran female athletes, I still hear it from outsiders and CF non-believers on a daily basis, "I don't want to lift heavy weights, it makes me bulky."  What a crock of shit!  What heavy lifting does, is turn you into a highly capable fitness machine with a physique that will make everyone around you envious.  Download the PDF above and see what the world's top female fitness competitors look like, and trust me they lift H-E-A-V-Y!  If you call that bulky, then go ahead and continue riding the elliptical to nowhere for hours a week and eating less and/or barfing more in an attempt to look like an emaciated model.
 
A great page from the website of Orange Coast CrossFit was brought to my attention, via Facebook of all places.  The page highlights the results of many of the women from their gym and a few others.  Click here and take a look.  Chances are, that you as a reader of this blog, are already well aware that CrossFit makes chicks super hot.  However if you have skeptical friends that are afraid to try CrossFit, direct them to these images.  Who knows, you might actually compel somebody else to try constantly varied functional movement at high intensity, which in turn will change that person's life as it has changed yours.
