The PRx crew had an epic WOD yesterday from .com that went like this-

“Holleyman”
30 Rounds:
5 Wall Ball
3 Handstand Push Ups
1 Power Clean 225/135

Finish times range from the low 20’s to the high 30 minute marks.  Here is the 10am wedding hangover crew feeling much better after a self-inflicted ass whoopin.  I think we are going to have to come up with a similar task for GPP very soon.
