Lene has been doing a great job getting extra attention and advice to the adaptations participants about modifying workouts and focus work on particular exercises.  Lisa Martinez is the shining example of taking her coaches advise and putting it to work.  She has been in the gym before and after classes religiously working on her front squat, and look at the result!  Deep, deep, deep, with a rock solid middle.  Upright with the knees way out.  Elbows way up with the bar resting deep in the shoulders.  This is amazing!  I really want to see how heavy you could take this movement.

Great job Lisa on putting in the extra work, listening to your coaches, and achieving a stellar front squat.  I think its time for you to get a huge front squat PR and shift your focus on the next skill at hand.
