Good ol' Dave stepped in to fix my half ass attempt at mounting the new pull up structure.  I knew bolting to the asphalt was a janky way to install the structure, but I was hoping to get away it.  It was obvious within a couple days that the blots into the asphalt weren't going to hold… Super Dave to the rescue.

Dave showed up yesterday in the morning and disassembled the structure, rented a concrete saw and cut out squares while Brooke and I did WOD 11.5.  By the time we were laying on our backs hating life post WOD, I could hear the sledge hammer going outside. 

As soon as Brooke and I could walk again we grabbed hammers, shovels, and post hole diggers and went to town.  Trav and a couple of the members pitched in too.  We banged out about 15 holes, broke through, dug out, rebarred and ready for concrete.  After Dave is done with this project, these PU bars are gonna be bomb proof.
