Max Back Squat Thruster 135/95

Rotate each time a teammate finishes rowing the team rotates.  Rower goes to rest, rest goes to thruster, thruster goes to row.  Use a rack for the back squat thruster.  Team score is total thrusters.

Loren looks at the clock as she locks out the 30th muscle up yesterday.  Big congrats on becoming the second female ever at CFES to complete the 30 muscle ups for time.  Full turn out lock outs on every rep and done in just over 20 minutes.  Getting that first attempt at 30 mu's is a big deal especially for females.  Now that she has this WOD under her belt, we can expect to see her progress and get faster quickly. 

Great work Loren and for the rest of you gals, get to work.  We need more women pushing the limits of human performance in the gymnastic realm.  You want to do muscle ups, do the drills a few times a week until you have mastered the skill, it's that simple… practice, practice, practice.
