Keith Zeier, former Marine and avid CrossFitter is unstoppable.  After being told that he would have to use a cane for the rest of his life, he successfully completed the 100 mile ultra marathon the Florida Keys last Saturday.  Of 56 runners to start the race, Keith was one of 24 who finished.  Keith had to be given an IV at mile 75 due to dehydration from medication and the hot weather in Florida.  He went on after that to run 25 more miles and finished the race in 31 hours. The Keys-100 mile race and raised more than $55,000 for the Special Operations Wounded Warrior Foundation.  Freaking amazing and inspirational.
