While our regular yoga teacher Sam is traveling around the eastern world expanding his knowledge, we have a great substitute.  Come by tomorrow and meet Sariah.  I have already gotten great feedback about her class last week.

Crull has been teaching fitness locally for nine years. Her background
is in Step, Kickboxing, Conditioning, Bootcamp, Spin, Yoga and Acrobatic
Yoga.  She found yoga about five years ago to balance out all the
kicking and punching 🙂  She found it could be so much more than just a
great stretch.  Sariah believes it is so necessary for total fitness,
assisting in maintaining range of motion and overall mobility.  She says
she dove into the Power Vinyasa because she left classes
feeling stretched out, toned and really strong.  "The best of both
worlds." Sariah is constantly continuing my education. She says she has
many teachers and trys to incorporate all the pieces she loves into her
practice.

"My
classes are truly all levels.  I want to make sure there is something
for everyone.  If today you are healing your shoulder or neck there is
an option for extra love or If you are looking to find your edge, lets
find an arm balance or inversion.  My class is in the style of "Flow"
Meaning we will move in a fluid style pairing breath to movement.  We
will work hard, sweat and come down for a passive stretch.  Never
worrying about how the pose looks just how it feels.  I do yoga to have
fun and feel good.  Come play with me!!"
