*Remember all workouts are scalable, meaning that we will adjust the workout to match your ability level.  We do not change the program, we adjust it.  The magic is in the CrossFit movements and how we mix them together.  We do not expect you to be able to do the workout as prescribed.  The prescribed workout is a pinnacle that you should be working towards, a long term goal for most people.  Some people due to age or injury may never get there, and that is perfectly okay.  A healthy and driven individual should be able to get there eventually.  There is no hurry to get to this level soon.  Be patient, stick to the program, focus on fundamentals, and in due time most of you can get there.  If you do get to that level,  we assure you that you will be more fit than just about anyone you come across.

Super Star Erika Jones did her first CFES WOD yesterday.  She made it up to 115 lbs for a solid set of 10 below parallel front squat.  Everyone’s workout records are in jeporady now.

Just as I was about to say that we don’t play grab ass around one of our members finds a new use for the chalk.  If anyone can guess who those hand prints were slapped onto, we will give you a free personal training session.  You can not have been in the class.
