150 Wall Ball Shots for time with a 12# med ball to a 9 foot high target in a world record time of 5:06. Due to the heavier ball used in the Affiliate Cup stadium WOD, our women's standard has been raised to 14# by choice of our female athletes . The women's target will still remain at 9ft. This will be the new standard for all wall ball WODs. Erika, looks like you are going to have to crush this one again with 2 more pounds.
