Here is Kristy Day crushing the 44# KB in the chipper from Tuesday. Kristy is hard working and has come a long way in her strength and conditioning in her time here.
I instructed the class to challenge themselves with heavier KBs for this chipper. For most that would mean maybe a 35# KB, which Kristy went for right away.
With a little persuasion, I convinced her to give the 44# a try and she crushed it. 30 unbroken swings on the first set and 30 reps in just 2 sets on the way back down the ladder.
Great job Kristy. Way to be strong and confident in your abilities. 35# will never feel heavy again.
