*Find a weight that you can do a technically correct snatch with. No early arm pulls and no press outs. Then use 65% of that for the following conditioning.

Laura competed this past weekend in the CrossFit Next Level Performance Invitational in Orange County. She competed in the intermediate division which had highly challenging WODs and movements. Laura is shown here snatching the 35# kettlebell, a challenging movement which we taught her 2 days prior to the event. Way to go Laura, there is nothing quite like participating in a competitive CrossFit event.
