CrossFit Kids started off with a bang yesterday afternoon. The kids came in and played follow the leader for a few minutes, then learned a couple exercises including the kids progression of the squat. Next went through a short WOD with bear crawls, starfishes (similar to jumping jacks), and air squats while running from station to station. After the WOD they played a couple of fun games before going home wanting more. Great job to Coach Anne and Coach Brooke on a successful first day of class.
